When buying, take into account the size you want to achieve with the tight loop, remembering that it deforms because it is not appropriate for the practice. Ask for a smaller size than your waist because the bill comes, making it impossible to tighten more. It's not Steel fin. Fins are plastic which reduces the definition of the waist, durability and quality of the product unfortunately.
